In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 67bt website accessible at https://67bt.io and all associated services, applications, and features operated under the 67bt brand.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who has registered or attempts to register an account on the 67bt Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account opened by a Player upon successful registration with 67bt.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using accepted payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spins value, or bonus credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from that balance may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 67bt before withdrawal access is granted.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 67bt Platform or had an Account closed by 67bt for breach of these Terms.

To access real-money services on 67bt, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number.

67bt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted that activity.
• You must notify 67bt immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 67bt will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 67bt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• 67bt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in Account Settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• 67bt accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such losses result directly from 67bt's own negligence or system failure.

67bt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Standard deposit confirmation time is under 30 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions processed during normal operating conditions.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are only processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise authorised by 67bt's compliance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are published in the 67bt Account Settings section.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within four hours during platform operating hours (9am to 10pm BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing from 9am the following day.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but may not withdraw until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

• All bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10%–20%); certain game categories may contribute 0% and be entirely excluded from wagering. • Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. 67bt may decline to offer a bonus, or restrict access to promotional offers, for any Player at its absolute discretion.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 67bt sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and all other markets offered on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. 67bt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in circumstances where 67bt determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error in odds has occurred.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules published in the 67bt sportsbook rules documentation. As a general principle, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of latency in live data feeds. 67bt reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• 67bt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or event at its absolute discretion. Stake limits are not disclosed in advance and may vary by Player Account.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Real Money Balance within 10 minutes of official result confirmation, and typically within 2 minutes for major markets.
• 67bt reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information use, or any form of corruption affecting the integrity of the event on which the bet was placed.

• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. 67bt does not interfere with game outcomes and does not operate any game software directly — all games are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming, among others.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by reference to the game provider's server logs. Where a round cannot be reconstructed from server data, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug is required to report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level access restrictions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or other multi-player game formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 67bt staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Any conduct that 67bt, acting reasonably, determines constitutes an attempt to defraud the Platform or its players.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wager limits directly from their Account Settings dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 67bt.

The 67bt name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 67bt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks in any manner. Unauthorised use of the 67bt trademark may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67bt's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

67bt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings arising from technical errors, or reputational damage.

67bt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 67bt will use reasonable technical measures to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 67bt Account or any transaction, you must follow the dispute resolution procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], providing your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting documentation such as transaction reference numbers or screenshots. 67bt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt during operating hours.
2. When material changes are made, 67bt will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or administrative amendments, notice may be given solely by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the time of any transaction or dispute is the version that governs that transaction or dispute. It is your responsibility to review the Terms each time you access the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 67bt Platform.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 67bt Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. 67bt makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.
